"Got 10 calls in one day from this number. The last time they called I answered and said Take me off your list 10 times in one day is a little excessive. Was that rude? NO it sure was not, and I even said it nice. Do you know what the guy on the lines reply was? He called me a mother fcker. I said excuse me, and he called me that again and hung up. I am ready for him to call back."

"We receive multiple calls daily from this 888-888-8888. We typically ignore and do not answer but we did answer it once and didn't say anything and waited...waited...finally someone on the other end hung-up. From everything I've read it cannot result in anything good. I too am on the "do not call" list for Missouri and would appreciate their continual harassment to cease. They call at all hours of the day and evening."

"I just got the call on 3/25/14 on my cell phone 888-888-8888 and caller ID said it was from Wal-Mart. I answered it but nobody on the line and it made my phone turn off - I turned my phone on and it turned it turned off again..this happened 3 times. I'm freaking out thinking the call gave my phone a Virus or something. So I called the number from a landline and all I got was a fast busy signal. Does anyone know if the number was generated from a computer to hide the true number the person was calling from? I heard that this trick is possible."

"They have called at least a dozen timea and left a message that they were from OmniTech which was a computer service I used when I had Microsoft. I explained to him that I no longer use microsoft and now have an imac. he said they had discovered someone was trying to hack my system and they wanted to take control and check it out, fortunatly they could not because my system has a lock out preventing this from happening"

"someone with a foreign accent called and said that they were receiving signals from my computer that showed a problem with my computer. And he would show my how to fix it. I told him I did not have time and that my son is a computer tech which he is and he would fix any problem. I think he was upset about this and I hung up on him."
