"If have been receiving calls from this number, tonight I answered it because I wanted to see just who was calling. Thought the male said Exchange Stock something, but his accent (indian) was so strong I could not understand. Don't know how he got my name or the number, since the cell belongs to my child. When I requested he stop calling, he got indigent, so I finally hung up. This needs to stop. This is harassment."

speak very good English and always want your

they try their best to get account numbers and etc. and I just do not give out any information. I have learned not to answer these type of calls. I figure if it is an important call the caller will leave a message. DO NOT ANSWER these phone numbers.
I am on the DO NOT CALL list and I have told them that but that just makes them ask me more about account numbers.
DO NOT ANSWER AND THEY WILL HAVE TO GIVE UP AT SOME POINT! The police need to brought in on this and follow through and trace these numbers and arrest these people before they actually get someone's information."
