"These guys are giving me SUCH a headache. They call sometimes 3 times a day, almost everyday.
Everytime I say "take me off your list" they just hang up.
I told them once "Look I don't own ANY credit cards or anything like that. So take me off your list." That helped for like a week, then I got the calls again.

The calls are from many numbers, all with the same area code and such. They pretty much all come across as "BANK CARD SRVCS". Though every now and then it will say private caller.

I don't know how to get them to stop calling. I can block numbers but they seem to have an endless supply of numbers.

Now they have started calling my husbands PREPAID cellphone, that we only use for emergencies. This is ridiculous and a total scam. Why can't we get this shut down already? It's been months."

"I get this call on a regular basis as a 2nd and final notice to lower my credit card debt,finally I pressed 1 to speak with a person to get removed from their calling list. The guy on the other end said he "I will remove you for today and put you back on tomorrow." I said, "No, remove me permanently please), his reply, "No" this went back and forth as I tried to retain composure. Then I simply stated, "This is not a credit card service or business. (due to his unprofessional behavior) you are a scam artist I will report this. Thank you and do not call me again, have a nice day". I called the number back to try and see if a company name would appear without any success. A recording gave a list of options one of which was to be removed from their call list, another was to get in touch with the people that regulate/ govern their marketing practices to leave a comment. I continued to listen and the regulatory agency they claim was the Federal Trade Commission and I could connect to the help line."

"This number calls at least twice a week stating that this is my second and final chance to get a lower percentage rate on credit cards. I called "1" as they suggested just so I could talk to a human being. I told them I have no credit cards and to not call again and man at other end of the line laughed and hung up. 1-1/2 hrs. later I got the same call, same voice but from 616 980 2630."

"When I answered the phone there was a prerecorded message. This is the 2nd time we've called you regarding your credit card. Press 1 to talk with someone. So I pressed 1 and after 12-15 rings a girl answered the phone and said do you owe over $2000 on your credit card. I told her that was none of her business. She told me I called her and then she hung up on me before I could tell her I am on the do not call list."
