"This number has called my house starting at 7:00 am when answered he said his name was Andy and was calling regarding my windows computer. I told him he is not allowed to cold call at 7:00 am and he hung up on me. I received a call again at 7:20 am and he hung up on me again, I received 2 more calls 20 minutes apart after that. They also called yesterday morning and said the same thing but didn't give a name . I told him I didn't have a windows computer and he hung up on me.Very annoying especially so early. They have my number some how even though I am on the donot call list."

I told him I haven't use my laptop/desktop for a few weeks. He said my laptop/desktop was infected could be a few weeks to 6 months ago. I told him I'll call Window technical support back because I don't feel comfortable giving him my laptop/desktop serial number and this call could be a scam. He said if I don't believe him, I could follow his instructions by turning on my desktop/laptop and he'll give me some kind of code to link/connect to my desktop/laptop and he'll be able to give me the exact same serial number of my desktop/laptop."
