"I called him back immediately and the person that answered and sounded officially except for the fact she couldn't speak English very well and I couldn't understand her I kept having to repeat finally she had me transfer to her supervisor. When he came on the phone his English was even more broken than the previous. Once I question them about this possibly be a scam he simply hung up on me"
