"I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THEM STATING THAT I HAVBE BEEN APPROVED. THEY NEEDED TO ACCESS MY CHECKING ACCOUNT TO MAKE SURE THAT IT WAS AN ACTIVE ACCOUNT. SINCE I COULD NOT REMEMBER MY PASSWORD FOR MY ACCOUNT THEY COULD NOT ACCESS MY ACCOUNT. THEY ASK ME TO CALL THEM ONCE I HAVE UPDATED MY ACCOUNT SO THAT THEY COULD FINISHED PROCESSING MY LOAN. I BELIEVE THAT GOD HAS STOPPED ME FROM PROVIDING THEM WITH THAT INFORMATION. I AM NOW MONITORING MY ACCOUNT MORE CLOSELY AND HAVE BLOKED THEIR NUMBER."

"I applied for a loan, was told I was approved, provided them with my account information so they could "process my loan" and was then told to call back if I didn't hear back from then. When I did I was directly connected with a automatic recording stating that I was denied. Denied after being told I was approved and after providing all of my financial information. I tried to email them to demand an explanation of why I was denied and requested copies of their security and archive policy. But the form I was advised to use (part of the automatic recording) would not allow my request to be sent. I now have to close my account due to potential fraud. I want to initiate legal re course against them if possible."
