I also keep telling them not to call me at work and offered my home number they are extremely rude. I asked for their address and the lady says may I ask why you want our address, I told her obviously I would like to send correspondence. If they continue to contact me at work I will sue them for harassment and whatever else I can. They claim to be Bloom & Smith calling from 312-260-0846."

"i just got a call from a man named Reece Parish he said he was from a law firm named Bloom and Smith. he and everyone from that number keep calling my job and saying this is regarding a litigation matter. now i work at a law firm and i know if there is any type of litigation matter i would have received paperwork by now. to date i have not. they refuse to give me any information from their company and they keep threatening me. they call every week then stop for a few months and then start again. i wish they would stop calling my job which i know is against the law and its called harrassment. you are not suppose to call a person's place of employment and threaten them with legal actions."

"This place is a total fraud!!! Spoke to Yeri Coleman and 6 other people. They all sound ghetto!! They harassed me for days over debt I do not have. They would not give me the card number, their information, or any other information but they wanted my money. They said I owed $20,000 but they would settle it for $200. I work in law enforcement so I have notified everyone and their mother including my uncle at the FBI. Oh and when I ended the call with them, they said that they would see me in court."

"They've been calling since November. They took a break in December and are back at it today. This time, I actually called the number back. "Janice Bowers" answered the phone and very quickly read a list of charges against me filed from a payday loan company. She asked if I wanted to settle the matter in or out of court. I asked for an address and she gave me this address:

When I kept asking questions, she told me she was going to transfer me to someone else (couldn't make out what she said). I was placed on hold for a few seconds, then it hung up on me. No one called me back after they hung up.

What's odd is that any time I asked a question, she would type something THEN respond."

"A man claiming to be Rick Barnes contacted my sister at her work on her cell and told her I provided him the number. He also called her previous job. I called him back and told him federal law allows me to request any information regarding debt to be mailed to me. He then cut me off and said he was not a collection agency and did not have to abide by that. He told me his client had tried to contact me. I told him I was willing to give him my address. He kept talking over me so I hung up. I called back and someone else answered and she continued to try to do the same thing when I told her I was reporting her to the Attorney Generals Office. I asked for the address and she provided Bloom & Smith PO Box 134587 Columbia SC 29201. She then continued to try and speak over me and I told her Federal Law allows me to request all information to be provided in writing. She then also told me they were not a collection agency but a law office that would be filing civil suit against me. I told her if she would like the address where I can be served I would be glad to give it to get according to federal law. I also told her any further calls to me or my family would be considered harassment and I would obtain an attorney. They put me on hold again acting like they were transferring me to a different department which she called the closure department, where I provided my address."
