"Someone named Donna Richardson called for a specific person with a last name that used to be my married name. Said she was a mediation specialist for Keller, schwartz, bloomberg and associates. Said my social security number was attached to a complaint filed with their office - something about breach of contract and malicious intent to defraud a financial institution. Gave a case number to reference when I call back. I will not call back. Caller ID showed PRIVATE CALLER but call back number is shown below."

"Said they had papers for me to sign. The next business day. Said it was a payday loan. I said i wasnt even on state then. Said it was in my bank account for a bank i have never heard from. Said it was 300.00 but said going to court would be over 3,000 but they would settle for 502.00"

"Threatened me with "papers" to be brought to my place of employment or residence. Never stated the business name or anything in regards to what it concerned. The message also said that I needed a valid ID and a supervisor to be present when they brought the so-called papers. SCAM. I am sure they are trying to collect money that I do not actually owe. They just want you to call the number back so they can harass you some more."
