"I received a phone call from this below number asking if I would like to lower my CC interest rate and I asked how then I heard Rachel say, "I don't want to talk to him," and hung up. When I returned the call I got a line that said the caller's box was full and hung up on me."

"I have asked numerous times to be removed from this caller list. They are a marketing firm, spam! Today, 10-1-12, I pushed a "1" to speak to someone. A lady came on and started to give me the spill about lowering by cardit card rates. I told her that I was not interested in that and that I just wanted to be removed from the caller list. She replied and I quote "Well you dumb ***** , what did you call for!" and she hung up on me. I tried to call the number back, so that I could complain and it either does not ring or it rings and tells you that the mail box is full! The calls are bad enough, but to be called a dumb ***** is over the top!"

"One of the many numbers I get calls from to lower my credit card rates. All have same recording that it's my last chance to take advantage of this deal. It's been my last chance daily for at least two years. They hang up if you ask name of company or to put you on don't call list. I have blocked about 60 numbers for these calls."
