He began to recite the phone number, 716-780-4155 where He, Eric Foster, began to warn me about he would not be responsible for what would happen if I didn't return his call. To me that's a threat. At the end of the message, Eric Foster, then became Officer Eric Foster. Sure would like to meet Mr, Foster."

"Got a call today Nov 28, 2014 at about 1400 saying the same thing with the IRS story. As he was saying his usual diatribe of garbled words with the Indian accent, I was typing the phone number into Google for the search knowing it was a SCAM call."

So give me a call back as soon as you get this message. Thank you." I called the number back and the person immediately asked for my phone and number and then said " Is this (my name)," So I replied. "yes" and then they informed me that I was being charged with tax fraud. They asked if I would like an attorney and when I said yes they hung up."
