"Woman called stating her name was Miss Brown. Said there was a judgement against my name ans social security number and that I had to pay $1800.00 to stop any legal action against me. She said they could not use a debit card only checking account and routing number. Said that they would need the name of my attorney if I didn't pay it. She said they would send a locator out to find me. Like a fool because I had taken out a payday loan four years ago. I thought this was legitimate.
Came up on my account as a company called Primary Payments."

"was told i committed fraud, had 24 hours to call, would be turned over to sate atty office, i called they said i can start making payments to avoid the fraud charges, i called my hubby who in turn flipped the , He called and said he was an an ATTY with greater Alabama law firm and asked to speak to Sarah Hunter, he was placed on hold for 10 minutes, He then called back and stated that this is a serious matter and Miss hunter needs to contact his law-firm and stated my name and phone #, he was sent to her voice mail where he told her he is drawing up cease and desist papers against future calls, anything forthwith as of 12am CST Aug 6th will be considered harassment, and we will prosecute without hesitation, and that using a phone to extort money under false terms across state lines is a federal crime a class a felony punishable by 10 years in jail or 10k fine or both, in which he would be filing charges with the federal courts to seek a warrant for her and that extradition would happen with 72 hours after filing when they find where she is, he also warned that the filing would be forwarded to the states atty's office in Montgomery for further review along with a digital copy of voice mail, he said my advice to you is to find a new line of work because he would have his paralegals start investigating all allegations against her and begin to build a strong federal extortion case against her also seeking punitive damages...lol and she can call houston county court for filing and gave a bogus # needless to say, i think she got the hint, my advice is to reverse the roles, have someone call on your behalf and act like a lawyer, they will go away, SCAM!!!"
