"Joe Kish keeps calling everyday, always leaves a voicemail saying his name and that it is important that I call him back with an aggressive tone and message as if it was important that I call back, but never saying what company he is calling from or what the call is retaining to. I refuse to call him back and I blocked his number."

"Called claiming to offer PEO/insurance services to our company and demanded to speak to the company president. When he was unable to get what he wanted, he called several extensions, leaving messages that were so filled with expletives that if you cleaned it up, it wouldn't even be a sentence."

"An obnoxious, abusive and persistent caller over several years. Have never spoken to him but he resorts to leaving vulgar messages when he doesn't get a return call. I can't imagine that whatever company he purports to represent is aware of his cold calling techniques, but this man is truly disturbed and possible violent. DO NOT ENGAGE HIM."

"Joe Kish became upset when I told him I had no interest in changing health insurance companies. When I ended the call he called back multiple times yelling about playing games. He figured out our voicemail system allows 3 minute messages so he calls over and over leaving messages where he just puts the phone down and there is a radio or tv in the background. He did this 17 times over the weekend when the office is closed. He also leaves messages with him yelling long drawn-out obscenities.
After several days of this I called him and told him that this is harassment and that I would be contacting the police in his town. This brought threats and more profanity.
Seriously disturbed individual.
Contacted what I am reasonably certain is his telephone carrier. They admitted that his behavior violates their terms of service but would do nothing without the police being involved so it looks like that is the next step."

He called back yelling saying its rude to hang up and people so abruptly. We told him we do not accept soliciting and we hung up. He called back and asked "what the problem is with that Bitch?!" Was aggressive and rude and would not say why he was calling."
