"Message stated my case # stating ignoring the message will be a second attempt to avoid initial appearance before a magistrate judge or grand jury for a federal criminal offense. I called. The guy said he was from the US Treasury, named Marvin D Costa, a case manager, Badge # 242017, case # CF79621. Stated I owed over $5K in back taxes for 2014/15 and if I hung up the phone, the police would be arresting me within 45 minutes of the call for tax evasion. I called my accountant and he assured me it was a scam. Happening a lot. Just block these fools calls."
