"Caller has very thick accent (possibly from India) as stated above by others. Asked for a gentleman with my last name. Very rude, uses profanity. He called me two months ago and when I mentioned reporting him and his number to the authorities the calls stopped until today. I hung up on him and he called repeatedly 4 times afterwards. Will not leave a voicemail."

"I just checked my voice message, there was a message from Brian Smith with a very heavy Indian(India)accent saying my wife owed unpaid taxes to the IRS and she will be arrested by the local sheriffs office. I called the number the person said he was from the IRS and that my wife owed $4196 dollars and it had to be paid today by a IRS draft form. If she didn't pay it today she will be arrested tomorrow by the local sheriffs department... I ask what year was this this from he said it was due to underpayment for the last six years.
When was the last time the IRS took 6 years to contact you about your underpaid taxes."

"Caller with an Indian accent called at 7:30 this morning (11/29/13) and said that I was being charged with tax fraud and that I would be arrested Monday morning by the local sheriff's dept. I was to call this number to get the details. When I called they read this long list of things that I was being arrested for and told me that I had the option to post bail. Knowing that I could not even have accidently done any of the accused offenses, I hung up."

"Called today on Thanksgiving and left a voice message saying they wanted to speak to (my husbands name). They said he was Steve Wagner in a heavy Indian accent and said they were a tax litigation firm and not to disregard this message. They are a scam they kept hanging up on me and had my husband call and they told him they wanted money from him or he will go to jail. He laughed at them and they hung up on him. It's a SCAM!!!"

The guy had my name too. left a message on my answering machine. couldn't tell his accent but I couldn't understand what he was saying, had to play it a number of times before I even got the phone number he left. I couldn't even understand what his name was but something about tax litigant."
