This is laughable...be careful as people are getting more desperate & most callers like this use call spoofing software, so the # looks as if it's coming from New York. They use text to voice software that produces the ridiculous robotic voice. If you speak to a person they ALWAYS have a rather thick middle Eastern accent."

"It is a scam . They said its from IRS and I have an arrest warrant for me and all my properties are being monitored . I called back and talked to a guy and as soon as I said I want to pay,so I will not go to jail , he hung up. ha ha ha ha. I am not as dumb as they are. IRS will not do such a thing."
