"Wanted to help me with windows I hung up"

"Calls periodically saying my computer has a virus. I ask for his name so I can report him and he hangs up. I'm not sure if its the same number every time but I wish something could be done about this harassment."

"I received the same call. He claimed that they had gotten a number of calls my computer had numerous viruses. Hung up on him. How stupid do these people think we are? This is my own computer. No way anyone would know my computer is being eaten up by viruses."

He said I had a virus on my windows computer and it was his job to fix it. I said "which computer? I have four."
He said the virus was affecting all of them and told me to follow his directions and he could clear up any problems.
I said, "Well that's weird. When I googled your phone number it said you were a scam." He said, "Oh is that so. Well you have a nice day, Madam." and hung up on me."
