"This call came in as "Info Survey" on my caller ID. I waited on hold and when answered the person identified himself as, "Consumer Services." I have filed numerous complaints on the Do Not Call Registry, regarding Consumer Services and will file another complaint today."

"A recording...says it's my last chance to reduce credit card debt. Press 1 to find out more. Press 2 not to receive more calls. I've pressed 2 a number of times in the past few months but calls keep coming. Sometimes when I press 1 to find out more the line is disconnected. Today when I pressed 1 the person asked if my credit card debt was at least $3K, and I said no. He asked if it was at least $2K and I said no. Then he hung up."
