"just received another call from 210-627-8613. Did not answer because I have researched this number to discover it is a robo spam call. The number comes into my home and cell numbers at least once a day and 5 days a week. We are on the Federal Do Not Call List, but callers ignore that because they know they will not be regulated in any way."

"I get this on a consumer cellular phone and no message is ever left. I know no one at that area code. My phone does not block calls."

"Received a call from 210.6278613. It seems to be a verizon prepaid phone. The caller tried to gather credit card information. I did not give them my information; however, I did call Verizon Customer Service, Verizon Prepaid Customer Service and Verizon Wireless Fraud Department. First of all, Verizon did NOTHING. I tried to reach a Verizon Customer Fraud Manager that might actaully care, however, such a person does not exist. The only advice that Verizon could give me was to start new service with them. My question: Why in the world would I want service from such a poor provider. The Verizon Reps that did NOTING but sit on there hands were the following: A woman by the name of Najuan - ID# 7050195 (pretty sure she is not in the states), Andian (she sits at a desk in the fraud department using other peoples oxygen- she is useless) and the fraud department manager Patrick (who was afraid to give me his ID#. He’s not a manager. Andian thought she put me on mute and I heard her tell another rep to handle my call and pretend that they were the manager). In short, protect yourselves from these predators and DON'T SIGN UP WITH VERIZON, THEY WILL OFFER YOU NO PROTECTION"
