"I picked up and they asked to speak to Manager. I asked who it was. They mentioned it was from my phone company. I told them my phone company is not from NY. Per, "is your phone number XXX-XXXX?".... I said, "Yes". They said, let me call you back and hung up. I tried calling them back but the call keeps coming back rejected.... I may have just said yes to a scam!!!"

"Twice I have been away from home and when I returned my phone had a message. Both times the message was the constant beeping like you hear when your phone is off the hook. I did not check the first time but this time the call came through at 3:52pm. I got home about 4:30pm. That is over 30 minutes my phone was "off the hook".

What if someone needed to reach me urgently....they could not even leave a message. Why should I pay for time this "company" takes away from me? This should be against the law!"
